- Keep data: In particular, the User may not: [...] store, extract, modify, distribute, use the weather data or other content of the Services, create any weather works or databases derived therefrom, or use other means than the weather forecasting functions of the Services permitted by this Agreement, 
- Use data: Trial Version: "The Trial Version is intended for development purposes only and the User is not allowed to use it for production, i.e. to integrate it into the User Application." [...] "The User may integrate the Services into their User Application only on the condition that such User Application creates a significant added value for its users and maintains good faith and fair dealing."
