[...] Customer shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, resell, transfer, distribute, publish, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Services or the Data (or any portion thereof), nor to copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services or the Data (including any datasets, models, data products, or other works that are based on or trained on the Data), except as expressly authorized in a separate written agreement with Shovels.
