Запрещено хранить и использовать полученные посредством Приложения данные для целей, отличных от тематики сайта https://hh.ru, а именно контакта потенциального работодателя с потенциальным соискателем с целью последующего трудоустройства. [...] 4.6. Запрещается передавать данные, полученные посредством Сервиса из баз данных и сайтов, принадлежащих HeadHunter и используемых для работы Сервиса, сторонним сервисам для использования. Единственными пользователями данных, полученных посредством Приложения, могут быть зарегистрированные пользователи сайта http://hh.ru, для которых инициировалось получение данных. [...] 4.7.
