- Use data: Elite tier API access is granted under a personal use license only. Elite tier subscribers may use the API and data solely for their own personal investment research and analysis. The license is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account holder. [...] Elite tier subscribers are prohibited from distributing API data or responses in any form, including redistributing to third parties, reselling access, creating derivative APIs, bundling data into other products, or using the API for commercial distribution. You may not share API credentials or allow others to use your API access. [...] Business Tier — Commercial Use License.
