- Use data: Customer may integrate the API into its own systems, products and services, including products and services it offers to its own customers, for its own legitimate business purposes and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party. Customer shall not: (a) use the Services to engage in unlawful activity or facilitate spam, harassment, or fraud, (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, (c) use automated means (including bots, crawlers, or extraction tools) to collect data from the Services beyond the scope of the Services or applicable Order Form, (d) resell, sublicense, or redistribute Creator Data as a standalone data product, (e) use Creator Data for purposes regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including creditworthiness, insurance eligibility, or employment screening, (f) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls, (g) use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services, or (h) use the Services, the Documentation, or Creator Data for competitive analysis of, due diligence on, or any investigation directed at Influencers Club or its affiliates. Customer shall not (i) sell or license Creator Data as a standalone data product, such as a dataset, data feed, or copy of the database, or (ii) give any third party direct access to the Influencers Club API, including by sharing API keys or reselling API calls. For public-facing use of Creator Data, Customer shall credit Influencers Club as the data source unless otherwise agreed in writing.
