(f) Use any automated means, including but not limited to API, MCP, CLI, scripts, bots, or crawlers, to bulk extract, scrape, or systematically download the Services and Materials beyond the usage limits established by Intellizence, or in a manner that circumvents any rate limiting, access controls, or technical measures implemented by Intellizence. 2.5 Customer’s Responsibilities Customer shall not (a) make the Services and Materials available to anyone other than authorized Users, (b) use the Services and Materials to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third party intellectual property or privacy rights, (c) use the Services and Materials to store or transmit “Malicious Code,” which includes, without limitation, any viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs, (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services and Materials, or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services and Materials or their related systems or networks or to circumvent any authentication or security measures.
