- Keep data: for as long as your use case requires, no permanent copies, scraped data or databases of it, and the downloaded data destroyed when the license ends
- Use data: Permission is granted to download the data (information or software) on Currents API service for as long as your use case requires. [...] under this license you may not: attempt to reverse engineer any software provided by Currents API Service, remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the data, "mirror" the data on any other server "as-is" with no-value-added, register or maintain more than one account or API key at any one time, whether directly, through aliases (including plus-addressing), or through automated or bulk account creation, use temporary, disposable, or auto-generated email domains for registration when Currents API Service requests a permanent email address, attempt to circumvent any restrictions or limits placed on your API key or account, including through automated or abusive request patterns intended to farm free-tier quotas, coordinate with other accounts to evade per-account restrictions or limits, or act as an intermediary (including by re-serving, relaying, or aggregating responses on behalf of accounts you control or operate jointly with others) for the purpose of circumventing those restrictions or limits. [...] Unless applicable by law or expressly permitted by the owner of the data, you may not, and will not be permitted to your end users or others acting on your behalf to, do any of the following with the data retrieved from the Currents API Service: Create permanent copies of, scrape, build databases of such data, Sell, lease, lend, convey, distribute, sublicense to any third party, copy, translate, modify, create a derivative work of the data, Misleading others as the ownership or the source, Obscure, remove or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices, or other labels of the origin or source of material.
