- Use data: Semantic Visions grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Services. [...] Misuse. The User is not entitled to handle the Data in such way as to cause damage or risk of damage to Semantic Visions or any third party. Especially, the User shall refrain from: using artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other techniques to reengineer or copy any part of Semantic Visions’ Intellectual Property (including software, algorithms, procedures, definitions of semantic concepts, or scenario evaluation), creating models which mimic or substitute Semantic Visions’ semantic concepts or definitions. The User is authorized to share the Data, as a part of the Content, with any third parties only with the prior written consent of Semantic Visions. The User shall not create publicly available databases based on Application Data.
