- Use data: Subject to this Agreement, Company hereby grants to Customer a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty free, limited license to use the Services solely for the term and purposes of this Agreement. [...] such as if Customer integrates with Company's software via API to use data internally, in such cases, Customer shall only use Company's IP for internal business purposes pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall not disclose or distribute the data to third parties for any purposes [...] In using the Services and its Account, Customer agrees that it will not: [...] (iv) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, transfer, distribute, or make the Services available to any third party, contract with any "sub-customer" to use the Services, or allow anyone other than Authorized Users to access its Account, [...] (vi) make derivative works of, sell, sublicense, lease, transfer, copy, gift, reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, alter, modify, conceal, eliminate, or render inoperable any part of the Services, (vii) violate any Applicable Laws as outlined below, or (viii) violate the Fair Use Policy outlined in Section 13 [...] Customer agrees that it will NOT use the Services to: (i) conduct mass data extraction or bulk downloading of large amounts of data within short timeframes, (ii) systematically download, export, or extract data for purposes other than legitimate influencer marketing activities, (iii) use the Services primarily as a data extraction or data harvesting tool, or (iv) engage in any pattern of usage that Company reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the intended purpose of the subscription plan [...] Automation and scraping of Company's data is strictly prohibited. [...] API access for legitimate automation purposes is available exclusively through the Enterprise plan and must be explicitly authorized by Company in writing.
