[...] Buyer will not intentionally use the Product, component or SaaS Service to: (a) store, download or transmit infringing or illegal content, or any viruses, “Trojan horses” or other harmful code, (b) engage in phishing, spamming, denial-of-service attacks or fraudulent or illegal activity, (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Product, component or data contained therein or on Licensor’s system or network or circumvent the security features of the Product, or (d) perform penetration testing, vulnerability testing or other security testing on the Product, component or Licensor’s systems or networks or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Product or Licensor’s systems or networks.
