- Use data: IQFluence grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, worldwide and non-assignable license and right to access and use the Site, and all data, materials, information or other outputs from the Site as well as that which constitutes a result of Services (in a form of pdf documents or other literary works) during the Term of this Agreement. [...] Our Services are limited to the provision of Influencer information to you for the establishment of contact and in the promotion of a business.
