Use dataGebruiksvoorwaarden Verstrekking en gebruik Handelsregistergegevens: "5.1 Afnemer mag de Handelsregistergegevens uitsluitend gebruiken op een wijze die niet in strijd is met wet- en regelgeving en evenmin een inbreuk vormt op de rechten van KVK of derden. [...] 5.3 Als de zogenoemde Non-mailing indicator is geactiveerd voor een onderneming en/of rechtspersoon in het Handelsregister, is het Afnemer niet toegestaan om Handelsregistergegevens te gebruiken voor direct-marketing activiteiten waar de Non-mailing indicator betrekking op heeft. [...] 5.5 UBO-gegevens mogen alleen worden gebruikt ter voorkoming van het gebruik van het financiële stelsel voor het witwassen van geld en terrorismefinanciering (en dus nooit voor andere doeleinden, zoals bijvoorbeeld direct marketing). [...] 5.7 [...] moet een verdere verwerking (waaronder ook valt opslag, gebruik en verspreiden) van die persoonsgegevens door Afnemer in ieder geval geschieden voor een doeleinde dat verenigbaar is met één of meer doeleinden zoals genoemd in artikel 2 van de Handelsregisterwet." Voorwaarden voor toestemming van gebruik van Handelsregistergegevens als bedoeld in de Databankenwet: "Eigen gebruik is toegestaan. [...] KVK verleent geen toestemming voor Doorgifte. [...] Het is Gebruiker - net als KVK - niet toegestaan om Handelsregistergegevens voor derden doorzoekbaar te maken en/of te rangschikken naar natuurlijke personen [...]. Een Gebruiker die bedrijfsmatig meerdere klanten wil bedienen met identieke of vergelijkbare Handelsregistergegevens of sets van Handelsregistergegevens, mag dit doen als dit met KVK is overeengekomen [...], maar niet op basis van een eigen verzameling of databank." Footnote of 14 July 2021: "de werking van de gebruiksvoorwaarden zoals neergelegd in de artikelen 5.2, 5.4 en 5.6 (gebruiksvoorwaarden op basis van het databankenrecht) worden opgeschort [...] Dit betekent concreet dat genoemde voorwaarden tot nader order niet gehandhaafd zullen worden."
