This restriction is intended to protect Fantastic.jobs against direct competition, it does not prohibit ordinary internal use of the data, nor its use to power features within an end-user product (for example, a job board, ATS, matching platform, or HR tool that surfaces relevant jobs to its own users). [...] You agree not to resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make available the raw data obtained through the Service to third parties as a standalone data product. Using the data internally or to power features within Your own product (for example, surfacing matched jobs to Your end-users) is permitted under Your subscription, bulk redistribution of the data itself is not. [...] You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Service, (ii) bypass, disable, circumvent, or interfere with rate limits, throttling controls, authentication, or any other security or access-control mechanisms of the Service, (iii) conduct any vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or other security testing of the Service without Fantastic.jobs' prior written consent, (iv) introduce or transmit any malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious or disruptive code through the Service, (v) use any automated means (e.g. scrapers, crawlers, bots) to access the Service outside of the documented API surface and the rate limits assigned to Your account, or (vi) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or operation of the Service or the data of other customers.
