This restriction is intended to protect Fantastic.jobs against direct competition, it does not prohibit ordinary internal use of the data, nor its use to power features within an end-user product (for example, a job board, ATS, matching platform, or HR tool that surfaces relevant jobs to its own users). [...] You agree not to resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make available the raw data obtained through the Service to third parties as a standalone data product. Using the data internally or to power features within Your own product (for example, surfacing matched jobs to Your end-users) is permitted under Your subscription, bulk redistribution of the data itself is not.
