The Data score on cached people enrichment APIs

The share of a person's profile the call returns, out of 100: on each person we called, the share of the parts we count that the call filled, averaged over the people. A person it didn't find counts as 0. We also read each person's own LinkedIn profile and count every part it shows. A value that differs from their profile doesn't count, like a past job given as the current one. We count the person's own profile, not what comes from their company's page, like its industry. A provider called on fewer people is set against how the others did on those same people, so an easier few don't lift it. Each provider here answers from a copy it keeps.
