Use data“a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, limited license to use the Data for internal business purposes” [...] “The Client has no right to communicate or display to the public the Data, Substantial part of the Data, or the Data’s logic and structure.” [...] “Client shall not re-utilize the Data.
