In their words
Their pitchSearch US homes for sale, for rent or sold. Filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and property type, search a city, ZIP code or a radius, sort and page through the results. Each row has price, address, coordinates, photos, size, flags and the listing agent and broker. Every filter is applied by Realtor.com and checked again on each row. Rows dropped by that check are counted in meta.filtered_out. Rental communities have no unit data (beds, baths and sqft are null): they stay in the results with unit_data_available=false, because a bedroom or size filter cannot be proven for them. Sold rows carry the sale date in last_sold_date, Realtor.com does not publish the sale price, so no sold price is returned. A search serves at most 10000 rows (page * per_page).
