Free ZoomInfo alternative: the U.S. contacts as one file

ZoomInfo's free plan, ZoomInfo Lite, downloads 10 verified contacts a month (25 with Community Edition). Past that, its plans are quoted by its sales team and, by ZoomInfo's own pricing guide, mostly billed annually upfront, with a minimum number of seats. If what you want from it is U.S. contacts, by the thousand, you can have them another way.
