Apify LinkedIn profile scraper alternative: HarvestAPI, without the actor

Per 1,000 profiles, each price read from the vendor's own page in October 2026; the actor's from its Apify page.

Apify's plans don't lower this actor's price: its page gives 0% off on Free, Starter ($19 a month), Scale ($199) and Business ($999) alike (Apify's plans). The free plan's $5 a month buys 1,250 of its profiles a month. Sign up at datacircle.dev with your work email: a $5 credit, that's 4,000 LinkedIn profiles at $1.25 per 1,000.

HarvestAPI bills a lookup that finds no profile, $0.0023 each through Datacircle; the actor's page doesn't say what it charges then.

On Apify, a profile is a run of the actor: its input is a list of URLs, and its synchronous endpoint answers the run's dataset items once the run ends, or a 408 past 300 seconds:

The profile comes under element, in the same field names as the actor's output (publicIdentifier, linkedinUrl, firstName, experience, education, ...), plus datacircle_meta: which provider answered, what the call cost, your balance after it. Or the same URL to Up2Data, at $1.25 per 1,000:

• Many profiles in one run, from URLs, public identifiers or profile IDs. Datacircle takes one URL per request.
• An email search in the same run, $10 per 1,000, not charged when a profile is too incomplete to search, its README says. Datacircle's API answers no email.
