Seamless.AI alternative: the mobiles and emails, as one free file

Seamless.AI is a prospecting tool: contact search, a Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn, list enrichment, job changes, AI campaigns and buyer intent, paid in Universal Credits, 1 for each contact researched. Its free license is 50 credits, once. If what you buy from it is the contacts themselves, by the thousand, you can get them another way.

Free: 10M+ U.S. B2B leads, as a flat file. Download it at datacircle.dev. 9,521,154 people at 1,748,139 U.S. companies, 4,016,020 with a mobile phone and 2,790,286 with an email. Below, side by side, with Seamless.AI's numbers from its credit and license guide and its pricing post in October 2026.

Seamless.AI's pricing page is a form, so no price per 1,000 contacts can be worked out from its pages. Its credits can: the free license is 50 contacts, a year of Basic 3,000, a year of Pro 120,000. The free file holds 5,182,067 people with a mobile phone or an email.

The decision makers, as one query on the file

Seamless.AI's free plan offers “Verified Emails, Cell Phones, and Direct Dials For Everyone You Need to Sell to”, as its blog puts it. The free file's, for the people who decide: unzip it into us_10m/ and pip install duckdb; this ran on the October 2026 file, on a laptop, in under a second:

import duckdb

duckdb.sql("create view people as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_persons.parquet'")
duckdb.sql("create view companies as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_companies.parquet'")

# Owners, founders, CEOs and presidents with a mobile phone or an email, with their company, to a CSV
duckdb.sql(r"""
  copy (
    select p.FULL_NAME, p.CURRENT_JOB_TITLE, c.NAME as COMPANY, c.LINKEDIN_INDUSTRY, c.EMPLOYEE_COUNT_RANGE,
           p.MOBILE_PHONE, p.EMAIL, p.CITY, p.STATE_CODE, p.LINKEDIN_URL
    from people p
    join companies c on c.LINKEDIN_ID = p.CURRENT_JOB_COMPANY_LINKEDIN_ID
    where regexp_matches(p.CURRENT_JOB_TITLE, '\b(owner|co-owner|founder|co-founder|ceo|chief executive officer|president)\b', 'i')
      and not regexp_matches(p.CURRENT_JOB_TITLE, '\b(vice|assistant|product owner|process owner)\b', 'i')
and (p.MOBILE_PHONE is not null or p.EMAIL is not null)
  ) to 'decision_makers.csv'
""")
The query's CSV, on the October 2026 free file
People
Owners, founders, CEOs and presidents, with a mobile or an email208,330
…with a mobile phone179,688
…with an email111,884

…at companies of 11-50 employees131,439
…of 51-20056,165
…of 201-50020,726

The titles are matched as written on LinkedIn, so the CSV holds a “Franchise Owner” and a “Broker Owner” along with the presidents and CEOs; add a state, an industry or a size to the where to cut it down. One person you're looking at on LinkedIn, as Seamless.AI's extension does:

# One person's mobile and email from their LinkedIn URL
duckdb.sql("""
  select FULL_NAME, CURRENT_JOB_TITLE, MOBILE_PHONE, EMAIL
  from people
  where LINKEDIN_URL = 'https://www.linkedin.com/in/their-profile'
""").show()

A person the file doesn't hold, it won't find: someone at a company outside the U.S., of fewer than 11 or more than 500 employees, or not in the October release. That's where Seamless.AI's search comes in. More lists, by state, industry and title: build a free B2B leads list with SQL.

Questions

Is there a free Seamless.AI alternative?

Seamless.AI's own free license gives 50 Universal Credits that don't replenish, 1 credit a contact. Datacircle's free offer is a whole file. Free: 10M+ U.S. B2B leads, as a flat file. Download it at datacircle.dev. 9,521,154 people, 4,016,020 with a mobile phone and 2,790,286 with an email, free with a work email.

How much does Seamless.AI cost?

Seamless.AI publishes no price: its pricing page is a form to talk to sales, and its blog says its plans are tailor-made, with no fixed pricing rate. Its education center gives the credits each license comes with: Free 50 once, Basic 250 a month, Pro 10,000 a month. Read in October 2026.

How many credits does a contact cost on Seamless.AI?

One Universal Credit, says its education center: clicking Find on a contact uses 1 credit and fills in the title, emails and phone numbers. Data Enrich uses 1 credit a row, Autopilot 1 a contact, and the AI Assistant and AI campaigns 0.2 a message.

Does Datacircle replace Seamless.AI's Chrome extension?

No. Datacircle sells data, not a prospecting tool: no browser extension, search engine, Autopilot, job changes, AI campaigns or buyer intent. Its API returns the LinkedIn profile behind a URL, not an email or a phone; the emails and mobile phones are in the datasets. If you research contacts one at a time on LinkedIn, Seamless.AI does that; if you want them by the hundred thousand, download them.
