A calling list by time zone

Kaspr is built in Europe: “Born in France and now thriving with hubs in the UK and Spain, Europe is our home”, says its data page. If your team calls the U.S. from there, the East Coast's morning is your afternoon. The file gives each person's state, so a list can go by time zone. Unzip it into us_10m/, pip install duckdb, and:

import duckdb

duckdb.sql("create view people as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_persons.parquet'")
duckdb.sql("create view companies as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_companies.parquet'")

# Each state's main time zone: El Paso, the Florida panhandle west of the Apalachicola and parts of 12 more states keep the next one
ZONES = {

    "Central": "AL AR IA IL KS LA MN MO MS ND NE OK SD TN TX WI",
    "Mountain": "AZ CO ID MT NM UT WY",
    "Pacific": "CA NV OR WA",
    "Alaska": "AK",
    "Hawaii": "HI",
}
rows = ", ".join(f"('{zone}', '{state}')" for zone, states in ZONES.items() for state in states.split())
duckdb.sql(f"create table zones as select * from (values {rows}) t(zone, state)")

# An owner, a founder or a CEO, as LinkedIn titles write it: not a product owner, nor an assistant to the CEO
duckdb.sql(r"""

    regexp_matches(title, '\b(owner|co-owner|founder|co-founder|cofounder|ceo|chief executive officer)\b', 'i')

Every mobile in the file is a +1 number, written like +1 212-555-0123. London is an hour earlier than Paris. Arizona and Hawaii keep no daylight saving time, so their hour in Paris moves when Europe's clocks do. For about four weeks a year, in March and from late October to early November, the U.S. and Europe change their clocks on different Sundays, and it's an hour earlier in Paris than this table. Then the afternoon's first list:

# Owners, founders and CEOs on Eastern time with a mobile phone, with their company, to a CSV
duckdb.sql("""
  copy (
    select p.FULL_NAME, p.CURRENT_JOB_TITLE, c.NAME as COMPANY, c.EMPLOYEE_COUNT_RANGE, p.MOBILE_PHONE, p.CITY, p.STATE_CODE, p.LINKEDIN_URL
    from people p
    join zones z on z.state = p.STATE_CODE
    left join companies c on c.LINKEDIN_ID = p.CURRENT_JOB_COMPANY_LINKEDIN_ID
    where z.zone = 'Eastern' and p.MOBILE_PHONE is not null and leader(p.CURRENT_JOB_TITLE)
    order by p.STATE_CODE, p.CITY
  ) to 'eastern_owners_founders_ceos.csv'
""")

It writes 60,177 people, 59,522 different numbers, every one with their company: 38,393 at companies of 11 to 50 employees, 15,700 at 51 to 200 and 6,084 at 201 to 500. Change 'Eastern' to 'Central' for the next hour, or leader(...) to another title: email lists by job title has 57 of them. As Kaspr's data page says of its own numbers, the laws on calling them are yours to follow: in the U.S., the TCPA and the National Do Not Call Registry.

What Kaspr does that Datacircle doesn't

  • European contacts: the files hold people at U.S. companies only.
  • Its Chrome extension, on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite, with a lookup refreshed each time you ask.
  • Direct emails next to work emails: the file's emails are work emails only.
  • Its integrations with CRMs and dialers, and intent data on Enterprise.

Datacircle's API answers the LinkedIn profile behind a URL, the person's whole profile, at $0.00125 a profile found: LinkedIn profile API. A CSV of LinkedIn URLs matched to the file's mobiles and emails in one join: ContactOut alternative. Other tools' phone credits next to the file: Lusha alternative, Seamless.AI alternative; what each tool's free plan gives: free B2B database.

The free file is on your dashboard once you sign up with your work email, with the $5 credit and your API key.

Its pricing page, in dollars, in October 2026: Starter $65 and Business $99 a month per user, with 100 and 200 phone credits a month; Enterprise in a call. Its data page says yearly billing takes 25% off. More phone credits are add-ons for subscribers, from $91 for 250 to $2,060 for 10,000. Its terms stop the unlimited B2B emails at 10,000 credits per account per month.
