One export is one contact. A year of Spark, $490, exports 12,000 people at most. The free file holds 5,182,067 people with a mobile or an email.

A “Has Direct Mobile” list, as one query

On its direct dials page, Lead411 has you build a search, then tick “Has Direct Mobile” so every result comes with one. Its home page lists cybersecurity companies among those it serves; their buyers are the IT and security leaders of mid-sized companies. From the file, that list is one query. Unzip it into us_10m/, pip install duckdb, then

import duckdb

duckdb.sql("create view people as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_persons.parquet'")
duckdb.sql("create view companies as select * from 'us_10m/us_smb_mid_market_companies.parquet'")

It ran in 0.13 s. The pattern takes CIOs, CTOs and CISOs, IT, information security and cybersecurity managers and directors, and heads of IT, as their titles are written on LinkedIn; the second one leaves out an assistant to any of them. At Spark's 1,000 exports a month, these 10,142 people are 11 months of exports, $539. To cut it further, add and p.STATE_CODE = 'TX' or and c.LINKEDIN_INDUSTRY = 'Hospitals and Health Care' to the where.

57 job titles counted by state, industry and company size, each with the query that writes its list to a CSV: email lists by job title, IT managers and CIOs among them.

Lead411's 90 days, in the file

Lead411's re-verification page says its whole database is re-verified at least every 90 days (its pricing page says its emails are, every 3 to 6 months). The file is a snapshot, so it can't re-verify itself, but each of its 2,790,286 emails carries EMAIL_VALIDATED_AT, the date it was last verified:

# How many emails were last verified in the 90 days before the newest, October 1, 2026
duckdb.sql("""
  select count(*) as emails,
         count(*) filter (where EMAIL_VALIDATED_AT >= timestamptz '2026-07-03 00:00:00+00') as last_90_days
  from people where EMAIL is not null
""").show()

In the October 2026 file, 2,778,610 of them (99.6%) were last verified on or after July 3, 2026, in the 90 days before the newest, on October 1, 2026; the oldest on September 24, 2024. Sending to them weeks later, check them again with your email verifier, or keep only the latest with and p.EMAIL_VALIDATED_AT >= '2026-09-01'. How the file's people compare with their LinkedIn profiles today: B2B data accuracy.

What Lead411 does that the file doesn't

  • Verification on demand: real-time verification, its data team's in 24 hours, catch-all emails verified mainly with BounceBan.
  • The world: International Search in every plan, where the free file is 9,521,154 people at U.S. companies of 11 to 500 employees.
  • Signals: companies currently hiring, lead scoring on funding and hiring trends, growth intent, Bombora intent, 30,000+ tracked technologies.
  • The tool: a search app with an A.I. assistant, a Chrome extension for LinkedIn and company websites, CRM sync from Salesforce to Pipedrive, team accounts, exports that roll over.

A person as they are today rather than in October, their title and company, is the LinkedIn profile behind their URL: the LinkedIn profile API, at $0.00125 a profile found.
