Physical therapist email list: 5,540 US physical therapists, free to download

Sign up with your work email: the 10M+ U.S. dataset is on your dashboard, one zip of two Parquet files. Unzip it into a folder named us_10m, then run this in Python (pip install duckdb). It writes the 5,540 physical therapists with an email or a mobile to a CSV, each with their company, its website, industry and size, and their LinkedIn URL:

The pattern takes a title as written on LinkedIn, in any letter case, and the second one leaves out the titles it shouldn't take. To cut it by state, add and p.STATE_CODE = 'CA'; by size, and c.EMPLOYEE_COUNT_RANGE = '11-50'. Every column of the file and its fill rate: the free US B2B leads dataset.

The titles the most physical therapists of the list hold, word for word. Titles held by fewer than 10 people aren't shown.

By the state on their LinkedIn profile. California holds 10.5% of them, Texas 6.6%.

By their company's industry on LinkedIn, the 10 largest. Hospitals and Health Care comes first, with 30.1% of them.

By the employee range on their company's LinkedIn page. The free file holds companies of 11 to 500 employees. The 50M+ dataset holds every size: 55,076 physical therapists, 16,944 with an email and 24,390 with a mobile. It unlocks once 3 people you invited sign up.

Each email in the file comes with EMAIL_VALIDATED_AT, the date it was last verified: 2,656 of the 2,660 emails of these physical therapists (99.8%) were last verified on or after August 1, 2026. A person's job as it is today, their title and company, is the LinkedIn profile behind their URL: the LinkedIn profile API, $1.25 per 1,000 through Up2Data.
